CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation of a reservation must be made by e-mail to agencia@net2rent.com.

*COVID-19: Due to pandemic events, all rental bookings that are affected by the impossibility to travel between provinces or border closures during the rental period will be cancelled and refunded at 95%, with the Agency retaining a 5% handling and refund fee.

CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS AT STANDARD RATES

The cancellation of a reservation implies the loss of the deposit (30% of the total amount of the reservation). If the reservation is cancelled between 45 and 30 days before the date of arrival, the tenant will be obliged to pay 50% of the total rent.

Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will result in the payment of 100% of the rent.

CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS WITH NON-REFUNDABLE RATES

Cancellation of a booking will result in the total loss of the booking fee. The Holiday Rental Agency will not refund the amount to the client.
